You know, I’m getting right fed up with politicians, movie stars, and musicians who believe themselves to be great fonts of political genius. When, in reality, they have the vocabulary of a street whore and aren’t nearly as intelligent.
I have listened to many Democrats raving and ranting, including in the Senate and the House. What I think about them is very well summed up by a portion of what MacBeth said when speaking of the death of his wife:
…, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more: it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.
